Doing physical activity before sitting for an examination should improve the performance of the students.
Physical exercise is good for the health of our bodies and minds. Exercising helps us to improve our learning abilities by making our minds sharper and more alert. Research has shown that a short 10 minutes of light exercise such as walking, jogging or riding a bicycle is enough to alter the level of hormones and chemicals in our brain, to make us more alert and feel happier and more confident.
