2Tone Records
2Tone Records was a UK record label which released ska and reggae influenced music with a punk overtone. It was started in 1979 by Jerry Dammers, member of UK ska band The Specials. 2Tone signed The Selector, Madness and The Beat, but they all left within 2 years.
When The Specials split in 1985, the label stopped operating, but its name still lives on in the name of the 2Tone music style.
