ABX Air
ABX Air, Inc. is a cargo airline headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, formed in 1980 by the purchase of Midwest Air Charter by Airborne Express, at that time called Airborne Freight Corporation. ABX became a public company in 2003 as part of the merger of DHL and Airborne, in which DHL kept Airborne's ground operations and spun off its air operations as ABX.
