AGH University of Science and Technology (Polish Akademia Górniczo - Hutnicza) is the second largest and one of the most prestigious technical universities in Poland. Located in Kraków, it was established in 1919. The university was formerly known as the University of Mining and Metallurgy. It has 15 faculties.
