AOK Norwegen
Armeeoberkommando Norwegen or AOK Norwegen was a formation of the German Army during World War II. It was directly under the command of the German high command, the OKW.

Operations
AOK Norwegen took part in Operation Barbarossa in 1941. In talks between Finnish and German staffs in Helsinki in June 1941, the Germans were given military responsibility over northern Finland. AOK Norwegen was to take Murmansk and the Murmansk railroad . The plan was codenamed Operation Silberfuchs (Silver Fox).
