Aash Al Maleek
Aash Al Maleek (Long Live Our Beloved King) is the national anthem of Saudi Arabia. It praises God and asks that he will grant the King of Saudi Arabia long life. The words of the song were written by Ibrahim Khafaji (b. 1935) and the music was by Abdul Rahman Al-Khateeb (b. 1923). It was adopted as the national anthem in 1950.
