Abdalá Bucaram
Abdalá Bucaram is an Ecuadorian politician, former police chief of Guayas, former Guayaquil mayor, founder and member of the Partido Roldosista Ecuatoriano (PRE), former president of Ecuador (1996-1997), and former president of a soccer team in Guayaquil called Barcelona SC. He planned to hire Diego Maradona to the soccer team before he was dismissed from the Ecuadorian presidency by the Ecuadorian parliament on alleged "mental incapacity", and exiled in Panama City until 2005 because of alleged corruption. He likes guatita (cow belly/stomach) soup and ceviche, playing guitar, and playing basketball. He is a Hugo Chávez fan.
