Agent Pleakley

Agent Pleakley is an alien from the movie and television series Lilo & Stitch. He is green-skinned with three legs, and one large eye in the middle of his face. He is considered an "expert" on the life-forms of the planet Earth for the Galactic Federation, apparently by being only slightly more informed (only sometimes) and interested in the planet than other aliens. He is voiced by Kids in the Hall veteran Kevin McDonald.

In the movie he was called upon to assist the mad scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba in tracking down Experiment 626, which had escaped to the planet Earth (Pleakley is an expert on the lifeways of the planet). In the subsequent television series, Pleakley and Jumba have remained behind on Earth and has become a member of Lilo's extended family, or ohana.

Cross-dressing

Attentive viewers may notice Pleakley consistently dresses in women's clothing even while relaxing at home, and dressing in full drag while out among the humans. He is frequently referred to as Lilo's "aunt" by her friends. In particular, during the Stitch movie, it is implied Pleakley has actually bought a girdle despite his unconvincing denial, since it is technically underwear and thus useless for his normal disguise.

In the television series, he had a brief mock engagement with Nani to placate his pushy visiting mother.
