Aircraft ground handling
Aircraft Ground Handling includes all the services with which an aircraft is provided from landing to departure.
- Cabin Service
Services to give comfort to the passengers in the aircraft cabin such as the supply of newspapers and blankets. Includes the cleaning of the cabin.
- Catering
Services to supply food and drink to the passengers and crew.
- Ramp Service
Services such as guiding the aircraft to the parking position, towing and lavatory drainage. Loading and unloading of mail, luggage and cargo.
- Fueling Service
- Maintenance and engineering service
- Field Operation Service
Dispatches the aircraft, maintains comunication with the rest of the airline operation at the airport and with Air Traffic Control.
