Ali Curtis (b. December 18, 1978) is an American soccer player, who most recently played striker for the Dallas Burn of Major League Soccer.

Ali Curtis had an extraordinary career playing college soccer at Duke University, where he scored 53 goals and 28 assists from 1997 to 2000, and, in his junior season won the Hermann Trophy, and in his senior season won the MAC Award, both recognizing college soccer's best player.

After graduating from Duke, Curtis was drafted second overall in the 2001 MLS SuperDraft by the Tampa Bay Mutiny. Despite the fact that the 2001 Mutiny were one of the worst teams in MLS history, Curtis struggled to find time, and finished the season with two goals and one assist in 1211 minutes. After the contraction of Tampa Bay, Curtis was picked up by D.C. United, with whom he showed more promise, scoring five goals and one assists in only 806 minutes in the 2002 season. However, Curtis was never able to establish a starting position, and was traded midway through the 2003 season to the Dallas Burn. After half a season with the Burn, Curtis was released as the team rebuilt after also having one of the worst seasons in MLS history.

Although Curtis was fast and powerful, his technique was always felt to be lacking, and although he seemed to consistently get himself into goal-scoring positions, he was not able to convert that position into goals enough to earn a consistent MLS spot.
