Alisher Navoi

Alisher Navoi (also known as Navoiy, Ali Sher Navai, Ali Şir Nevai(turkish), Nawoi)(1441-1501) - a Central Asian poet lived in Herat during the 15th century. Wrote in Turkic and Persian. He made a great contribution to the Uzbek language. One of his works is "Hamsa"("khamsa" (five) خمسة و خميسة ), which included five works in it.
