Amped: Freestyle Snowboarding is an Xbox exclusive snowboarding video game that was a pioneer in the snowboarding game genre.
Where all previous snowboarding games were about racing down the hill doing tricks, with the focus being on the racing aspect, Amped focused on the tricks. It was called the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater of the snowboarding genre.
The success of Amped was recently solidified by the successful launch of the sequel, Amped 2 .
