Andreas Dittmer (born 16 April 1972) is an athlete from Germany. He competes in canoeing.
Dittmer competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's 500 metre individual canoe and the 1000 metre individual canoe.
He won his initial heat of the 500 metre with a time of 1:49.146, qualifying directly for the finals. In the final, he edged out David Cal of Spain 1:46.383, .34 seconds better than Cal's time, to win the gold medal.
In the 1000 metre, Dittmer again won his initial heat to advance to the finals. This time, however, Cal finished .52 seconds ahead of Dittmer's 3:46.721, leaving Dittmer with a silver medal.
Dittmer's sister, Anja Dittmer, also competed at the 2004 Olympics. She is a triathlete.
