Andy Gray

Andy Gray was a Scottish football player and is now a much respected football pundit for BSkyB.

He started his career with Dundee United F.C., before moving to Aston Villa F.C., then on to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1979 for a then record £1.5m. He moved to Everton F.C. in 1983 for a bargain £250,000, and enjoyed two great years there, winning the FA Cup in 1984, and League and European Cup Winners Cup medals a year later. More spells at Aston Villa followed and a short time at Rangers before he first tried coaching, but then more successfully, his media career.

Andy Gray is also the name of a current Scottish football player (born 15/11/77 in Harrogate). The son of ex-Scotland ace Frank Gray and nephew of Leeds United F.C. legend Eddie, Andy began his career with Leeds United and then played for Nottingham Forest F.C., Bury F.C., Preston North End F.C., Oldham Athletic F.C., Bradford City F.C. and finally Sheffield United F.C. where he is currently playing. Andy is also a Scottish International player.
