Animusic

Animusic is an American company specializing in the 3D visualization of MIDI music; created with their own proprietary MIDImotion software, and various animation packages such as Discreet 3D Studio Max.

They are known for their award-winning animations which have been featured at SIGGRAPH and have been featured on PBS and other television networks. Their animations feature fanciful fictional instruments that use curious methods to produce the original compositions which the animations visualize. Many instruments appear to be robotic and play themselves.
