- Antiochus XII Dionysus
- Antiochus XIII Asiaticus
Antiochus is also the name of four rulers of the small middle-eastern kingdom of Kommagene:
- Antiochus I of Kommagene
- Antiochus II of Kommagene
- Antiochus III of Kommagene
- Antiochus IV of Syria, who ruled during the time of Caligula;
