Arc is a live album by Neil Young that was originally released in a special edition pack with live album Weld. Arc comprises of only one track, that is not a song. It is a compilation of sounds (feedback, rumblings of guitar and vocal fragments) that appeared throughout the live show released as the Weld album, at the beginning and end of songs.
