Arminski (crater)
Armiński is a small lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon, to the northeast of the large Gagarin walled-basin. To the northwest of Armiński is the Beijerinck crater, and to the southeast lies Cyrano crater.
The rim of Armiński is slightly oval in shape, being somewhat elongated in the northeastern direction. It forms a double-crater with 'Armiński K', a slightly smaller formation nearly attached to the southeast rim. There is a tiny craterlet lying across the western-most part of Arminski's outer wall.
Satellite craters
By convention these features are identified on Lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Armiński crater.
