Audio/modem riser
The audio/modem riser, also known as an AMR slot, is a special short expansion slot on the motherboard of a personal computer. It is designed to interface with special sound cards and modems.
It has generally been replaced by the Advanced Communications Riser and the Communications and Networking Riser
