Aurora
Aurora is the Latin word for "dawn".
It can refer to:
- The Roman equivalent of the Greek goddess of the dawn, Eos. See Eos.
- A polar light (caused by solar wind and seen near the poles). See polar aurora.
- The collective noun for a group of polar bears.
- Several aircraft:
- A (possibly fictional) U.S. Air Force hypersonic spy plane. See Aurora aircraft.
- The Canadian name for the P-3 Orion maritime patrol aircraft.
- Several vessels:
- Ten ships of the Royal Navy named HMS Aurora.
- The name of the cruiser in Saint Petersburg that rang in the Russian Revolution. See cruiser Aurora.

- MV Aurora, a cruise ship operated by P & O Cruises .
- In space:
