Bishop of Dresden-Meissen
The Bishop of Dresden-Meissen is the Ordinary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dresden-Meissen in the Archdiocese of Bamberg .
The diocese covers an area of 16,934 km² and was erected as the Diocese of Messen on 24 June 1921. The name was changed to Dresden-Meissen on 15 November 1979.
The current bishop is Joachim Friedrich Reinelt .
