Blighty
"Dear Old Blighty" was a common expression of longing for home(if English) in the British Army.(a sentimental reference)
It derives from Hindustani, meaning either "home" or "foreigner".
Became common during World War One.see Wilfred Owen’s poems.
Also used in Australia as "Old Blighty".
