Blue Lake is the name of at least five separate lakes in New Zealand. One is located in the North Island, three in the South Island, and one on Raoul Island in the Kermadecs. In all cases, the lakes are named for their distinctive colour; in two cases they contrast with nearby lakes called Green Lake.

Blue Lake is the name of a tiny lake in the northern reaches of the Southern Alps. It is drained by the Sabine River, which is part of the Buller River system.

Blue Lake, Canterbury

Canterbury's Blue Lake is a small lake at the foot of the Tasman Glacier. Its outflow is the Tasman River, part of the Waitaki River system.

Blue Lake, Otago

Otago's Blue Lake is located close to the town of St. Bathans, 80 kilometres east of Queenstown. It was formed by sluicing operations during the Central Otago goldrush of the 1860s.

Blue Lake, Raoul Island

Blue Lake is the name of one of two tiny crater lakes on Raoul Island in the Kermadec chain, the other being Green Lake. It covers an area of about 50 hectares.
