Bob Oswald
Bob Oswald, known also as the Runemaker, lives in the United Kingdom and has written two books on the mystic use of runes. He lectures regularly on the subject, and carries out research and translation work for a major British auction house. Oswald is a dedicated student of Anglo-Saxon culture and has been extensively quoted on the mystic use of runes in Britain. His interest in runology first began after seeing the Bewcastle monument as a teenager. He then began studying runology, the archaeological study of runes and their application purely from the historical point of view, and then moved on to read the related mystical writings. He consequently began to create handcrafted rune wares in natural wood as a result of his research.
Bob Oswald is a contributor to Traditions Magazine.
