Bombinatoridae, or Fire Belly Toads as per their common name, are small toads.

These toads are highly toxic, and hence the tone of their ventral sides display this in extremely bright tones.

The genus Bombina are more notable for this characteristic. Bombina lives throughout Eurasia.

The genus Barbourula, meanwhile, tend to be found in the Philippines and Borneo, their unique characteristic being webbed feet.
