Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 2004 Summer Olympics
Bosnia and Herzegovina is represented by the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH OK) at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Nine Bosnian athletes qualified for the olympics:

Athletics
Men's 800 metres:
- Jasmin Salihović - Round 1, 1:49.6 (did not advance)
Women's 1500 metres:
- Jasminka Guber - Round 1: 4:17.75 (37th place)
- Nedžad Fazlija , the flag bearer (shooting) - finished 35th in 10 m Air Rifle; 44th in [m Rifle Prone] and 33rd in 50 m Rifle 3 Positions
- Amel Mekić (judo) - defeated in the first round
- Željko Panić (swimming) - finished 54th in 100 m Freestyle
- Srđan Miličević (table tennis) - defeated in the second round
- Mervana Jugić-Salkić (tennis) - defeated in the first round
- Zoran Prerad (taekwondo) - defeated in the first round
- Emir Šarganović (kayak) - finished 23rd in K1 Kayak Single Slalom
