Brokeback Mountain
Brokeback Mountain is the title of a film directed by Ang Lee as well as a short story by E. Annie Proulx which the film is based on. The screenplay is written by Diana Ossana and Pulitzer Prize winner Larry McMurtry.
The story tells of two cowboys who meet sheep herding and fall in love. Over the next 20 years the story follows their lives, including marriages, births and deaths.
The film stars Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal and will be released in December 2005.
Trivia
During Filming it was reported Heath Ledger almost broke Jake Gyllenhaal's nose during a kissing scene.
