Bunaken
Bunaken is an island of 808 ha in the Bay of Manado , which is located at the north of the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. It belongs administratively to the municipality of Manado.
Bunaken is part of the Manado Tua Marine National Park , which has some of the highest levels of marine biodiversity in the world.
It becomes the alternative location for diving after the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake destroyed parts of Phuket, Thailand.
