Butajiru
Butajiru is a Japanese soup with made with pork and miso paste. Other ingredients may include miso paste, seaweed, spring onions, daikon radish and tofu. It is often eaten after marathons and other long distance races.
"Butajiru" is also an ethnic slur used against Brazilian-Japanese people. The sound of "butajiru" is similar to the Japanese pronunciation of "Brazil" ("burajiru").
