Cándido Muatetema Rivas
Cándido Muatetema Rivas (b. 1960) is a former Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea. He was appointed on March 4, 2001 to succeed Ángel Serafín Seriche Dougan, and resigned on June 15 2004, when the President appointed a new government led by Miguel Abia Biteo Boricó. The structure of his government was a cabinet with 50 ministerial posts, more than any country in the world.
