Cameroon Airlines
Cameroon Airlines is the national airline of Cameroon and is based in Douala. It was established in July 1971 and partly owned by the Cameroon Government (70%) and Air France (30%). Prior to its formation Cameroon's air services were flown by Air Afrique . Flights began with two Boeing 737-200 jets between Douala and Yaounde in November 1971. A service was started to Rome and Paris using an ex-Air France Boeing 707, replaced by a Boeing 747-200 in 1982.

Fleet
The Cameroon Airlines jet fleet currently comprises 1 Boeing 757-200 (at March 2005). All other aircraft have been disposed of including 8 Boeing 737, 1 Boeing 747, 2 Boeing 757, 1 Boeing 767 and 2 Embraer ERJ-145.
