Capital Radio Group
The Capital Radio Group is a British company that controls a number of radio stations across the United Kingdom.
Formed around their oldest and most popular station, Capital Radio of London, they now control 22 analogue licenses, and 59 digital licenses.

Merger
The Capital Radio Group is in the process of merging with GWR Group. The merger is expected to be completed in May 2005, and the combined group is expected to take the name GCap Media.
