Carlos Pavón
Carlos Alberto Pavón Plummer (born October 9, 1973 in Tegucigalpa) is a Honduran football player, who currently plays striker for Deportivo Cali of Colombia.
Pavon began his career in his native Honduras with Real España. While with Real España, Pavon won two Honduran league championships, as well as leading the league in scoring.
Most recently, Pavon played for Morelia in the Primera División de México, winning the 2004 Clausura with the club. Pavon has also played in Mexico for Toluca, San Luis Potosí, Correcaminos , Necaxa, and Celaya, where he led the Mexican second division in scoring.
He has played in Italy for both Udinese and Napoli from 2001-2003.
Pavon is also a vital player for the Honduras national team, and is currently the team's all-time leader in goals scored with 40.
