Cell Games Saga

[[Perfect Cell Saga|]] [[Great Saiyaman Saga|]]

The Cell Games, is a fictional event in the manga Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z and the anime Dragon Ball Z. It was a one-time-only tournament similar to that of the Tenka'ichi Budôkai competition, but was managed by Cell: a hideous creation of Doctor Gero that was born from various tissue samples of the Z Fighters and Freeza.

Introduction

The rules of the Cell Games are simple: anyone who dares to fight Cell gets in the ring and tries to beat him. If Cell wins against everyone, he gets to demolish the planet. If anyone else wins, Cell leaves. In addition to Son Goku and the rest of the Z Fighters, a small and incompetent band led by Hercule (Mr. Satan) also entered the competition. In reality, only Son Goku and Son Gohan actually had real matches with Cell. Although the real win belonged to Son Gohan and Son Goku, the victory was actually credited to Hercule by the human population at large.
