Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian SFSR
The Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic was the de facto leader of the Russian SFSR between 1938 and 1991. The Russian SFSR enjoyed only limited autonomy from the Soviet Union.
