Charles W. Albertson (born 4 January 1932) is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's tenth Senate district, including constituents in Duplin, Harnett and Sampson counties. A farmer, Albertson is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his sixth term in the state Senate, where he holds the position of Democratic Caucus Secretary.

Albertson was born in Beulaville, North Carolina and graduated from Beulaville High School in 1950. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1952 and married Grace Scholar on 15 February 1953; they have two children. Albertson works as a farmer and musician; he was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 1988 and to the North Carolina Senate in 1992.
