Chater House
Chater House is an office tower in Central, Hong Kong opened in 2003. It is a part of the Hong Kong Land portfolio of properties. The main tenant is JPMorgan who have their Asia Pacific headquarters in the building. It was built on the site of the former Swire House which was redeveloped by Hongkong Land when the main tenant, Cathay Pacific, relocated to the new Hong Kong Airport when the airport itself relocated to its new location off Lantau island. It is named after Sir Paul Chater, in no small part due to the buildings location being between Chater Road and Connaught Road Central.
