Chittagong University
University of Chittagong is a public university situated at Hatazari in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The university was established in 1966. It is famous for the natural beauty of its campus, situated near the village of Foteyabad. It had or has, among its faculty, geniuses like Dr. Muhammad Yunus, founder of Grameen Bank and an a pioneer in Microcredit theory in Economics and Dr. Zamal Nazrul Islam, a physicist. The university is enriched in natural beauty. The university is located in a remote place from the city. Therefore it has two shuttle trains and several buses for transportation.
