Chocolate milk
Chocolate milk is a drink concocted from milk, cocoa (often processed with alkali), sweeteners (usually sugar, dextrose, or high fructose corn syrup), and sometimes other ingredients including starch, salt, carrageenan, and artificial flavoring. This mixture should be stored at 0.6-4°C.
Chocolate milk can also be prepared in the home, by stirring a commercial chocolate syrup or powder into milk, and then consumed immediately.
