Climate Diagnostics Center
The Climate Diagnostics Center is a project of the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES), itself a joint project of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the University of Colorado at Boulder.
The center focuses on climate prediction from a similar point of view as a doctor to a patient, diagnosing problems and attempting to predict future conditions from past and present data.
