Comics anthology
Comics anthologies collect short works in the medium of comics that are too short for stand-alone publication. Anthologies are important to comics artists who work alone, rather than as part of a production team, because it typically will take a very long time for a single person to produce as full length comic book. Anthologies also often the first publication outlet for new comics artists.
