Commerce Court

Commerce Court is an office tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1973 to house the headquarters of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Canada's second largest financial institution. Located in the downtown core on Bay Street, it was designed by I. M. Pei and Partners and was formerly owned by CIBC Development Corporation. The building is now owned by GWL Realty.
