Confederation of African Football

The Confederation of African Football (CAF; French: Confédération Africaine de Football) represents international football in Africa, and organises the African Nations Cup.
Since the beginning of 2004, the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania has also a national football team. It's Associations is called Zanzibar Football Association (ZAF) and a website in German language is here: Website
