Constantin Le Paige
Constantin Marie Le Paige (March 9, 1852-January 26,1929), was a Belgian mathematician.
He was born in Liège, Belgium and began studying mathematics in 1869, at the Université de Liège . His professor of analysis was Eugène Charles Catalan. He then became himself a professor at the Univeristé de Liège in 1882, where he stayed until his retreat in 1922. During this time, he worked mainly on the theory of algebraic forms. He was also interested in astronomy and history of mathematics.
