Cream puff
A cream puff or profiterole is a pastry, usually made using Choux pastry, filled with whipped cream or custard. The pastry bakes into a hollow ball which is then filled with cream, either by injection or by slicing off the top of the pastry which is later replaced. Cream puffs are often topped with powdered sugar or chocolate frosting. In some cases, cream puff pastries are filled with ice cream or some other filling. Arguably, the most famous cream puff in the world is made by the Tokyo-based bakery Beard Papa.
