Dale Brown

Dale Brown is an author most famous for his military techno-thrillers. He was a navigator in the US Air Force for seven years, eventually achieving the rank of Captain, before retiring. He flew the FB-111 and B-52. He wrote his first book, Flight of the Old Dog, just after retiring. He has written twenty two books, thirteen of which have become New York Times best-sellers. He lives near Reno, Nevada, with his wife and son. He frequently enjoys flying his own jet, a Gulfstream II .

Mr. Brown developed the story for the Act of War, an ambitious real-time strategy game with a strong emphasis on the story.
