David Cal (born 10 October 1982) is an athlete from Spain. He competes in canoeing.
Cal competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's 500 metre individual canoe and the 1000 metre individual canoe.
He won his initial heat of the 1000 metre with a time of 3:50.091, qualifying directly for the finals. In the final, he edged out Andreas Dittmer of Germany by finishing in 3:46.201, .52 seconds better than Dittmer's time, to win the gold medal.
In the 500 metre, Cal again won his initial heat to advance to the finals, with a time of 1:48.397. This time, however, Dittmer finished .34 seconds ahead of Cal's 1:46.723, leaving Cal with a silver medal.
