Dizzy Devil

Dizzy Devil is a funny animal fictional character on the animated cartoon television show Tiny Toon Adventures. He is a young Tasmanian devil with a propellered beanie and two different-colored eyes. He will eat anything and speaks in slobbering, monosyllabic outbursts. His mentor is The Tasmanian Devil. Buster, Plucky, and Hamton actually tried to civilize him, and it worked--but Dizzy was unhappy and begged to be his old self again. He once had a fling with a tornado, learned it isn't nice to stomp bugs, was Elmyra's pet briefly (she thought he was a dog), and was learned to be illiterate. According to one episode he has three human girlfriends, who like him because of his temper.
