Donald Grant Nutter
Donald G. Nutter,(November 28, 1915 to 1962)
Nutter received the Distinguished Flying Cross in World War II.
He served in the Montana Senate and as the chair of the state Republican Party. He was elected governor of Montana in 1960. He took office in 1961 and served until he was killed in an airplane crash at Wolf Creek, Montana in January of 1962.
