Doric
Doric, a synonym of Dorian, may refer to any of the following:
- The Dorians, one of the ancient Hellenic races,
- Doric Greek, the dialect of the former,
- the Doric order and its distinctive Doric column, in ancient Greek architecture,
- the Dorian mode in music, also called the "Doric mode",
- or the Doric dialect of Lowland Scots.
